UAE flag raised in front of its embassy in Israel

SANAA, May 30 (YPA) – The Emirati authorities have raised their flag in front of the Abu Dhabi embassy in “Tel Aviv,” after the normalization of relations between the two sides.

The Israeli journalist “Barak Ravid” published a picture of the Emirati flag next to the Israeli flag in front of the embassy headquarters, saying: “Raising the UAE flag (in my opinion for the first time) in the new embassy in the building in Tel Aviv.”

Earlier, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs rented a headquarters for its embassy, in the building of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, located in the city center.

In September 2020, the two sides signed an agreement to normalize the US sponsored diplomatic relations and cooperation agreements in almost all fields, including sports, diplomacy, economy, trade, tourism and the aviation sector.
