Human Rights Ministry condemns Saudi authorities’ abuse towards Yemeni expatriates

SANAA, May 26 (YPA) – Ministry of Human Rights on Tuesday condemned the Saudi authorities’ imposition on the Yemeni expatriates in the land crossings to use the Corona vaccine twice.

The ministry explained, in a statement, that such measures do not have any legal justification and aimed at with delaying the expatriates from their work and causing the expiration of the renewal periods of their residency.

The statement called on the Saudi authorities to deal responsibly with expatriates and secure them through solutions and treatments that protect them from falling into any violations.

It also called on all international bodies and organizations to protect the Yemeni expatriates from these abuses, as they incur daily heavy losses increases their suffering.
