Report: Saudi-backed militants fail to restore Alib crossing

ASIR, May 31 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces were able for the fourth time over three days to repel an infiltration of Saudi-backed militants toward Alib crossing in Asir region.

Earlier the day, the army repulsed an infiltration of the Saudi-backed militants toward Alib crossing, inflicting the militants several dead and wounded, according to military sources.

On Wednesday, the army forces repelled two successive infiltrations by the Saudi army militants toward the same crossing.

On Tuesday, the army also foiled an infiltration of the militants toward the Alib crossing.
