Residents in capital Sanaa stage protest in support of Palestine
SANAA, May 14 (YPA) – Residents in the Secretariat of the capital Sanaa on Friday confirmed their continued support for the resistance and the Palestinian people in the face of the Zionist occupation.
In a protest, the sons, elders and sheikhs of the capital’s secretariat condemned the crimes and attacks launched by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people in al-Aqsa Mosque and targeting of buildings and residential neighborhoods in Gaza Strip.
They also responded to the call of the leader of the revolution to donate to the Palestinian resistance.
A statement issued by the protesters renewed the Yemeni people’s position to stand with the resistance and the Palestinian people.
The statement praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance and their response to Zionist attacks .
It stressed the continued support for the army and popular committees to confront aggression and thwart their plans.
The statement called on the free people of the world to take responsibility towards the rights of the Palestinian people by moving seriously to denounce the crimes and attacks of the Zionist enemy.
