Foreign interference, siege obstruct peace in Yemen: FM

SANAA, May 04 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister in Sanaa, Hussein Al-Ezzi, said on Tuesday that external interference and the siege imposed by the Saudi-led coalition are a real obstacle to peace in Yemen.

“Yemen is the peaceful country that you can solve your problems through dialogue, but at the same time it is that country that can fight you across generations,” Hussein Al-Ezzi said on Twitter.

He added, “Our ancestors have been inheriting the battle with the Ottomans for 300 continuous years.”
