EU: Diplomatic efforts are underway to revive nuclear deal

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – “Diplomatic efforts are underway at full speed and at the highest levels to revive the nuclear deal,” said European Union foreign and security policy spokesman Peter Estano on the latest developments in the Vienna talks.

In a press conference held on Thursday evening with the media based in Brussels, Estano added: “Diplomatic efforts are continuing at various levels between the members of the nuclear agreement and us as coordinators and among the other participants in this agreement, as well as with the American side, but Since we are in the middle of this very sensitive diplomatic process, I cannot talk about the details.”

In response to a question about lifting the embargo on Iran, a spokesman for foreign policy and security in the European Union said, “We have the task of coordination between the parties to the nuclear agreement and everything that is approved in the joint committee comes with an agreement of opinion among the members.”
