Deputy FM calls on Islah to launch positive phase to end occupation in Marib
SANAA, April 24 (YPA) – The Salvation Government’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Hussein Al-Ezzi, on Saturday called on the Yemeni Islah Party to take a courageous decision to hand over the city of Marib and launch a positive phase to end the occupation.
“If our opponents decide to hand over the city peacefully, this decision will be a courageous and wise decision, and it will undoubtedly be the subject of our great appreciation and respect,” said Al-Ezzi, on his Twitter account.
He continued, saying: “It is important for this to happen so that together we launch a positive phase, in which everyone avoids further destruction and bloodshed, and we work together in it for peace and to end war and occupation.”
Al-Ezzi had confirmed, earlier, Sanaa’s rejection of all international pressure aimed at protecting terrorism in Marib.
