Military alert in Aden after arrival of dozens of tribal militants

ADEN, April 19 (YPA) – Informed sources said Al-Sabiha tribes on Sunday pushed dozens of gunmen into the southern Yemeni city of Aden.

According to informed sources, dozens of al-Sabiha militants, including pro-Islah fighters who joined them in the Karsh front, arrived in the vicinity of the house of medical services official Saleh Mothna al-Radfani, in the center of Aden.

The gunmen arrived in solidarity with Radfani, as a result of the storming of his house by the “Southern Transitional Council” STC militia, demanding the extradition of those who carried out the incursion, the sources explained.

The sources said that the militia of the “security belt” of the STC announced the military alert in the vicinity of the neighborhood where al-Radfani’s house is located.

Islah is mobilizing its militants in preparation for the storming of Aden, from three main axes .

The UAE-backed militias  took control of Aden in August 2019, after expelling Hadi and Islah forces from the city.
