Fire at Indonesian oil refinery leaves several people wounded

SANAA, March 29 (YPA) – At least five people were wounded as a result of a huge fire broke out at Balongan oil refinery in West Java , Indonesian state oil company Pertamina said on Monday.

The fire broke out after midnight, according to Reuters.

About 950 nearby residents had been evacuated, Pertamina added.

Videos shared on social media showing huge flames engulfing the 125,000 barrels per day facility, while a large explosion can be heard.
