5 Saudi soldiers killed in drone attack on military base south of Kingdom

SANAA, March 28 (YPA) – A media official in Haid’s government revealed on Sunday the initial toll of death among the Saudi army forces due to missile and drone strikes targeted a Saudi military base, south of the kingdom.

Anis Mansour, a former media advisor to Hadi’s government embassy in Riyadh, reported, in a series of tweets on Twitter, that at least five Saudi soldiers and officers were killed due to the Yemeni army drones’ bombing on a Saudi military base.

“The number of deaths may be more, but there is media secrecy,” Mansour added.

In another tweet, Mansour confirmed that two drones targeted Khamis Mushayt base, which led to the falling of dead and wounded among the Saudi army troops, as well as big material losses.
