Lahj witnesses protest rally against corruption in Lahj

LAHJ, March 22 (YPA) – A mass protest rally was staged on Monday in Lahj province, south of Yemen, to condemn the rise of food price and corruption of the local authority of the province.

In the rally, dozens of protesters demanded to disclose the funds looted by Hadi’s government and monitor exaggerated dealers in raising prices, and stopping the land robbery gangs.

Lahj is witnessing a state of chaos and the spread of criminal gangs and robbery on the lands in the province.
