SANAA, March 18 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center warned on Thursday fishermen and sea goers south of the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab of high waves and sea turbulence during the next 24 hours.
The center expected an awakening atmosphere to partly cold over a number of Yemeni governorates.
In a weather forecast, the center pointed out that the weather in the mountainous heights will be an awakening to partly cold during the night and early morning hours, while the weather will be awake to partly cloudy in the coastal areas, too.
The winds will be moderate in the southern parts of the Red Sea and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab and the wind speed reaches 30 knots, raising dust and sand, as well as high waves and sea turbulence.
The weather will be fair in general, and the winds will be moderate to southeast, and are active during the noon hours, stirring up dust and sand.
