Republican decree amends name of Ministry of Endowments & Guidance

SANAA, March 17 (YPA) – A republican decree was issued in Sanaa on Wednesday to amend the name of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance.

Article (1) of the decree stipulated that the name of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance be amended to the Ministry of Guidance and Hajj and Umrah Affairs.

Article (2) of the decree includes the tasks and specializations, while Article (3) stipulates the organizational bylaw outlining the general structure and organizational structure of the ministry.

Article (4) stipulates the cancellation of Republican Decree No. (210) of 2005 regarding the organizational regulations of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, and any text contrary to the provisions of this resolution shall be canceled.

The last article stipulated the enforcement of this decree from the date of its issuance and to be published in the Official Gazette.
