Yemeni politician: Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen can only live with itself

SANAA, March 15 (YPA) – Ahmed al-Mu’ayyad, a Yemeni political researcher based in London said that one of the main reasons for the defeat of the  Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen is the lack of confidence of any political component.

Al-Muayyad wrote in a tweet: “All the political components know that “ if Party of Islah ( Yemeni branch of Muslim Brotherhood) was able to control  Yemen, it would destroy everyone.

أحد أهم أسباب هزيمة حزب الخوان في اليمن عدم ثقة أي مكون سياسي به، ويعلمون أن تحالفه معهم فقط تكتيكي حتى يتمكن ثم سيفتك بالجميع، تجربة33 سنه مع المؤتمر ثم نهاية الغدر التي توجها بها حزب الخوان، وقبلها مع الاشتراكي وتحالف7/7 دمرت الثقة في هذا الحزب الذي لا يستطيع العيش إلا مع نفسه.

“It has 33 years of  experience, along with General People’s Congress (GPC), and at the end of treachery directed plotted by  the Brotherhood, and before it with the socialist and the alliance 7/7 destroyed confidence in this party, which can only live with itself,” he added.
