Deputy FM meets IOM’s Resident Representative

SANAA, May 28 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein al-Ezzi met on Sunday evening with Resident Representative of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Yemen.

The two sides discussed the cooperation and coordination aspects between Yemen and the organization to assist Yemeni people facing the catastrophic effects caused by the ongoing aggression war on the country.

The meeting also touched on the IOM’s role in conjunction with other humanitarian organizations working in Yemen to help those affected people in Socotra archipelago by the tropical storm Mekunu, which hit the island last week.
