STC describes suppression of protesters in Seiyun as terrorism

HADRAMOUT, March 15 (YPA) – The UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia described on Monday the repression of angry demonstrators in the city of Seiyun of Hadramout by the Islah party militants as a terrorist.

According to a spokesman of the STC, Ali Al-Kathirai, a number of protesters, who are calling for improving living conditions and the payment of their salaries from the Saudi-backed Hadi government, were injured and kidnapped by the First Area’s gunmen of the leader Ali Mohsen, Al-Ahmar.

Al-Kathirai considered that the criminal acts by Islah militants are an extension of the violations against the free sons of Hadramout, reiterating the STC’s support for demands of the province’s sons.
