Scenes reveal coalition troops’ heavy losses in west coast

SANAA, May 28 (YPA) -The Yemeni military media on Sunday evening published scenes revealing Saudi-led coalition troops’ material and human losses and their prisoners caught by the Yemeni army during repelling a wide-scale infiltration in the west coast front.

The scenes obtained by Yemeni Press Agency show dead soldiers and prisoners from the coalition recruits, as well as a number of burned and destroyed military vehicles belonging to the coalition.

Earlier on Sunday, an official at the Defense Ministry in Sanaa said dozens of the coalition troops and militias were killed, hundreds wounded, and 15 military vehicles destroyed in unique operations of the Yemeni army in the west coast front over the past 24 hours.

The official confirmed that the army foiled one of the largest military infiltrations, in which a number of Sudanese, Emirati and local mercenary brigades participated, backed by dozens of successive air raids.

He referred to medical reports talking about the overcrowding of field hospitals and hospitals of Mocha and Aden cities with wounded and dead bodies of the coalition fighters.
