SANAA, March 08 (YPA) – A pro-coalition Yemeni academic has said that the ISlah party ( Yemeni branch of Musliam brotherhood) seeks to implicate Turkey in military intervention in Yemen.
Dr. Khalid al-Shamiri explained on his Twitter account that “Hashim al-Ahmar”, one of the Islah leader and military commander controls the revenues of the land border of al-Wadea appeared at a Turkish military base in the Somali capital “Mogadishu”.
He was accompanied by Turkish and Somali officers after a year-long absence, indicating that Turkey is preparing for military intervention in Yemen.
It is worthy mentioning that the revenues of al-Wadea port estimated 1.5 billion Saudi riyals annually.
On Sunday, Yemen’s air defenses shot down a Turkish-made Karyal fighter jet while carrying out hostile missions in Jawf province, the third aircraft to be shot down.
