Zionist forces target Palestinian farmers in southern Gaza

SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) –  The Zionist forces on Monday fired bullets at Palestinian farmers and agricultural lands on the border strip in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Information Center reported that the enemy soldiers, who are located near the border strip, near the agricultural lands east of Khan Yunis, the farmers fired live bullets and sound bombs, and forced them to leave their lands.

The enemy forces almost daily attack farmers in the border agricultural lands in the north and south of the Strip, and prevent them from accessing their lands to cultivate them.

Last week, the Zionist enemy authorities emptied large quantities of water in their dams towards farmers’ lands in the north and south of the Strip, causing the destruction of hundreds of acres of cultivated land.
