Dozens of recruits targeted in friendly-fire air strikes in Marib

MARIB, Feb. 10 (YPA) – Dozens of recruits loyal to the Saudi-led coalition were killed and wounded in the coalition’s airstrikes in Marib province on Wednesday.

According to informed sources, the recruits were targeted by the coalition fighter jets while trying to escape the battles that erupted with the Yemeni army in the province.

The coalition warplanes also targeted groups of the recruits who were sent as military reinforcements to their forces in Red Hilltop and Jabal al-Balaq fronts, after being besieged completely by the Yemeni army, the sources added.
