WHO holds conference on its work in Wuhan regarding emergence of Corona

SANAA, Feb. 9 (YPA) – The World Health Organization said that its experts who worked in the Chinese city of Wuhan to determine the source of the emergence of the new Corona virus on Tuesday hold a press conference with their Chinese counterparts to announce the results of their study.

The organization said, in a statement issued on Monday evening, that “the international team that is working to determine the source of the emergence of the new Corona virus will complete its 4-week visit to Wuhan and will participate with Chinese colleagues in a press conference” that will be held Tuesday at 11:00 GMT.
The World Health Organization team arrived in Wuhan on January 14 to determine the source of the spread of the emerging corona virus, which causes the “Covid-19” infection.
During their stay in the city, experts visited the seafood market in which an outbreak of the virus was recorded for the first time in December 2019, as well as several hospitals treating infectious diseases in addition to the Wuhan Institute for Virus Research.
