Al-Murtadha: Nine Yemeni soldiers freed in prisoner exchange in Marib

SANAA, Feb. 5 (YPA) – The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtadha, has revealed on Friday the liberation of nine Yemeni prisoners in a prisoner exchange won through local mediation in Marib front.

“Nine prisoners of the army and the Popular Committees were freed today, in a prisoner swap through local mediation at the Marib front,” Al-Murtadha said on his Twitter account.

Last week, Al-Murtadha revealed  that the committee was able to free five prisoners of the army and popular committees in an exchange through a local mediator in the same front.
