Military commander loyal to coalition survives assassination attempt in Asir

ASIR, Feb. 5 (YPA) – A military commander loyal to Saudi-led coalition was subjected to an assassination attempt during a coup inside a military brigade on the border front, well informed sources said.

 According to the sources, the commander of the Alib  Axis in Asir front, Yasser Magli, was subjected to an assassination attempt by members and officers of the “Third Brigade”, for the looting of their dues and monthly rewards since last October.

 The officers and soldiers were able to loot the commander’s personal weapon and his companions, the source said.

 According to the source, Saudi vehicles were quick to intervene  and transferred Yasser Magli to the command and control center, fearing the development of the military situation inside the brigade.

The source pointed out that the mercenary leader Magli was insulted by Saudi officers due to the looting of the benefits of the recruits in the brigade.
