Javad Zarif: ICJ decision is another legal victory for Iran

TEHRAN, Feb. 4 (YPA) – Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said the International Court of Justice (ICJ )’s decision rejecting America’s arguments in the case of the illegal ban on Iran as “another legal victory for Iran”.

“The ICJ just dismissed all US preliminary objections in the case brought by Iran over unlawful US sanctions, Zarif wrote on his own Twitter account.

Another legal victory for Iran following 3 Oct. ’18 Order, he added

Iran has always fully respected int’l law. High time for the US to live up to its int’l obligations, he explained.
