President Al-Mashat praises achievements of local, security agencies in Taiz

SANAA, Jan. 24 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Sunday praised the achievements of the local authority and security agencies in Taiz province.

This came during his meeting in Sanaa with the Governor of Taiz province Salim Al-Mughalis. The meeting reviewed the level of the implementation of works in the province in 2020, and the performance plan for 2021.

At the meeting, President Al-Mashat confirmed the council’s keenness to complete the construction of roads for the new city of Taiz in Al-Hawban area.

The President directed the Roads Maintenance Fund and the relevant authorities to cooperate in providing services to citizens in those areas, and he also directed that a branch of the Central Bank of Yemen be opened in Taiz.
