Al-Houthi calls Trump to peacefully leave power

SANAA, Jan. 06 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, called on US President Donald Trump to leave the power peacefully and recognize the election result.

In a tweet on Thursday, on his account on Twitter, Al-Houthi stressed on respect for the law and the constitution and the desire of the American people to freely choose who governs them.

He pointed out that “the experience of imposing whom the people rejected by the American, British, Saudi, and Emirati aggression coalition, and its allies, as is the case with “Hadi” and his mercenaries has caused destruction, killing and famine.”
