Armed attack targets Pro-STC journalist’s home in Aden

ADEN, Jan. 04 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen attacked a house of a media person affiliated with the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen.

The pro-STC journalist, Zaid Al-Yafei, said in a post he had published on Facebook that unidentified people threw a sound grenade at his house in the “Green City” in Dar Saad district.

He added that the explosion occurred while his family members were sleeping, and left a state of terror and panic among them, noting that there were no injuries.

It is noteworthy that the city of Aden is experiencing insecurity chaos and liquidation operations between militias of the STC and Islah party.
