3 dead after small plane crashes into home near Detroit

DETROIT, JAN. 3 (YPA) – At least three people were killed when a small plane crashed into a small house in Lyon Township, located outside Detroit, on Saturday afternoon, The US Police said,

According to the Oakland County police office, the fatalities are believed to be the occupants and the pilot of the plane.

All residents made it out of the home alive, however their home caught fire, the office added.

The incident occurred just north of Oakland/Southwest Airport.

A family member told CNN that the family was inside when the plane crashed.

Women’s Rights World said that if the mother, father and three children had stayed in the living room, the story would have been different.
