Powerful explosion rocks Aden

ADEN, Dec. 31 (YPA) – A powerful explosion rocked the southern port city of Aden on Thursday night, local sources said.

According to the local sources the explosion took place in Khor Makser and targeted an international organization.

The explosion occurred near the Lotus Hotel and damaged the organization’s gate, one of the sources said.

No further details were given about the explosion .

On Wednesday, three explosions struck Aden’s airport, killing at least 22, when people, officials and employees gathered to welcome the new Hadi government.
