Iran condemns Aden airport attack in Yemen
SANAA. Dec. 31 (YPA) – Iran’s Foreign Ministry on Thursday condemned the deadly attacks that targeted Aden’s airport in southern Yemen.
“Continued foreign aggression and the occupation of Yemeni soil are the key contributors to instability, as well as a lack of order and law enforcement, and have jeopardized Yemen’s territorial integrity,” spokesman of Iran’s Foreign Ministry Saeed Khatibzadeh said in a statement.
The spokesman expressed condolences to the victims of the attack and asked “all parties” to end the conflict by returning to political negotiations.
Tehran’s response came after Hadi’s prime Minister, Moeen Abdul Malik, on Thursday accused Iranian experts of contributing to the attack on Aden airport, Southern Yemen.
