Citizen shot dead in Shibam Hadramout city

HADRAMOUT, Dec. 26 (YPA) – A citizen in his thirties was shot dead by unidentified gunmen on Saturday afternoon in Al-Houta area of Shibam Hadramout district, east of Yemen, eyewitnesses reported.

The eyewitnesses added that the gunmen fled after shooting and killing the citizen.

The cities of Hadramout Valley are witnessing incidents of killing of civilian and military people, the last of which was the injuring of two people Friday by unknown gunmen in “Qarat Al-Abdulaziz area”, in Shibam district, in light of the control of Islah Party forces supported by Saudi-led coalition over the province.
