UAE-backed security patrols steal citizens’ property in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 22 (YPA) – Activists on social media have complained about the escalation of abuses carried out by  the so-called UAE-backed security belt forces in the southern port city of Aden.

Activists said that the security belt forces showed negative interaction with citizens after they started the security deployment in the city following Riyadh’s announcement of the new “Hadi government.”

Activists posted several pictures for the members of a security belt military pickup vehicles  stealing cement bags from a building under construction in the al-Sha’ab City.

They denounced the movement of security belt vehicle patrols without metal plates on them, which could cause the use of patrol officers the lack of numbers of major attacks against citizens.

Reports from international organizations have already revealed the militia’s violations against citizens and the possession of secret prisons where dissidents are hidden and tortured.
