Protest rallies continue in Taiz against economic deterioration

TAIZ, Dec. 14 (YPA) – A massive protest rallies continued in the Saudi-led coalition-held Taiz city to condemn the economic deterioration.

At the rallies held in Jamal Street, the protesters held banners denouncing the failure of the Saudi-backed exiled Hadi government to manage the economic file.

They also chanted slogans of discontent with the coalition countries, accusing them of working to destroy the Yemeni economy to pass their agenda on the account of the livelihood of Yemenis.

The city of Taiz has seen for two past days an angry popular rallies because of the high prices and the bread crisis that burdened citizens.
