Yemeni forces remove mines from Mas camp in Marib

’MARIB, Nov. 22 (YPA) – Yemeni army forces and popular committees on Saturday removed  mines laid by coalition forces north of the strategic Mas camp, the northwest gate of Marib.

According to informed sources in Marib province, the engineering unit of the Yemeni forces, in the past days, was able to dismantle 1,251 explosive devices and landmines planted by coalition soldiers north of Mas area before they withdrew towards Marib city.

Yemeni army forces took control of the strategic “Mas” camp, located in al-Jada’an area, northwest of Marib, on November 3.
