Army brings Marib city under control: Military leader

SANAA, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The Yemeni military and strategic expert, Brigadier General Abed Al-Thawr said that the fall of the Mas camp in the Yemeni army’s hands means controlling the city of Marib completely.

Al-Thawr told Al-Alam News TV that “the Saudi-led coalition has not ability to control the camp of Mas militarily, considering the city of Marib now is liberated and under control.

He pointed out that the coalition warplanes heavily targeted the province, noting that Mas camp is one of the most important strategic sites in which the coalition was located and did not achieve any military advantage.

The army and popular forces took control over, during the past hours, the Mas camp, while the coalition forces withdrew their military vehicles and equipment during the operation.
