At least 43 killed, wounded in fighting between Hadi forces, STC militias in Abyan

ABYAN, Nov. 19 (YPA) – At least 43 were killed and wounded in fighting between Hadi forces and the UAE-backed militias in Abayn province, Southern Yemen, local sources said.

A local source in the province confirmed that the STC send military reinforcements to the sites of clashes with al-Islah on the fronts of Sheikh Salem and Qarn al-Kalasi, as clashes widen.

The source explained that among the military reinforcements were military, armored vehicles and artillery, amid progress of the STC militias in the front of Al-Taryah , during the past 24 hours.

For the fourth day in a row, the Al-Taryah front in Abyan is experiencing mutual artillery shelling between the transitional and the Islah.
