SANAA, Nov. 19 (YPA) – Zionist settlers on Thursday plowed private land for Palestinians in the village of Urif, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, in a move to seize it.
The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Douglas, stated that the settlers of “Yitzhar”, which are built on Palestinian lands south of Nablus, have begun plowing private lands for citizens in the area of Qafat al-Manzala on the eastern side of the village of Urif.
The official added that a number of agricultural tractors that are driven by settlers are in the area, under the protection of the Zionist forces.
The official indicated that the settlers’ plowing the lands could be a prelude to seizing them.
In a separate context, the Zionist enemy forces raided two houses in the city of Hebron and the town of Yatta in the south, in addition to storming a number of neighborhoods in the city.
The enemy forces searched the house of the journalist Raed Abu Armila in the southern region and tampered with its contents. They also raided the house of Mahmoud Salem Lahroush in the town of Yatta, and searched it.
