STC militia kidnap man with his wife in Aden

ADEN, Nov. 9 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia raided on Monday a hotel in Sheikh Othman district of Yemen’s southern province of Aden, kidnapping a man and his family, sources said.

The sources said that the militia of Shallal Shaya loyal to the STC attacked the hotel and arrested the man Najeeb Abdul-Ghani Al-Maqtari, with his wife and children, and took them to an unknown place.

A day earlier, two gunmen were killed and two others injured in armed clashes erupted between the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia and unknown militants in Al-Karaa market in Dar Saad district in the same province.
