President Al-Mashat receives Iranian ambassador credentials

SANAA, Nov. 4(YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, received on Wednesday a copy of credentials of the new Iranian ambassador, Hassan Irloo, to Yemen.

During his meeting with Irloo, the two sides discussed ways of strengthening and developing relations between the two brotherly countries in a way that serves the mutual interests.

Al-Mashat welcomed the Iranian ambassador, wishing him a pleasant stay and success in his duties, stressing that the relevant agencies will provide all facilities to perform his duties.

Meanwhile, the Iranian official conveyed to the President Al-Mashat the greetings of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, wishing him for good health and the Yemeni people every progress and prosperity.
