Bloody conflicts continue between emirs of al-Qaeda in Bayda

BAYDA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Al-Sawma’ah directorate in Bayda governorate is witnessing a bloody conflict between members of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization.

According to local sources, the differences among emirs of al-Qaeda in the directorate have been continuing at a high pace for more than a month, leading to a wave of internal liquidations that affected the most prominent emirs of the terrorist organization in the area.

The sources pointed out that the last dead of the organization were escorts of “Abu Sulaiman Al-Kazimi, the security official of al-Qaeda, as a result of roadside bomb explosion planted in his car.

The same sources revealed that the terrorist “al-Kazmi” survived an assassination attempt and was moderately injured while two of his companions were killed in the incident.

The conflict within the organization between the elements of the organization fleeing from the areas of Qaifah and elements of the organization in the district of al-Sawma’ah, according to the sources.

The group’s last casualties were the assassination of Abu Musab al-Adani and Abu Mohammed al-Baydani, two al-Qaeda leaders in the district, who were killed when they were targeted by an explosive device before September 22nd.
