FM condoles his Cuban counterpart in air plane crash

SANAA, May 19 (YPA) – Foreign minister Hisham Sharaf on Saturday sent a message of condolence to the Foreign Minister of Cuba, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, in the airplane crash.

More than 100 people were killed after a Boeing 737-201 on a flight from Havana to Holguín crashed and exploded in a field Friday afternoon shortly after takeoff from José Martí International Airport.

Sharaf expressed his deepest condolences to the victims’ families and Cuban people, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
