Corona injuries in Brazil exceed 5 million

SANAA, Oct. 8 (YPA) – Brazil exceeded the level of 5 million cases of the emerging coronavirus on Wednesday evening, while the death toll is close to 150,000.
The Brazilian Ministry of Health stated, in a daily statistic, that the number of recorded infections with the Coronavirus in the country during the past 24 hours increased by 31,553, bringing the total number to 5000,694 cases.
This outcome comes after Brazil recorded, on October 4, 8,456 cases, on October 5, 11946, and on October 6, 41906.
The Brazilian Ministry of Health also stated that it had detected 734 new deaths from the Corona virus during the past day, bringing the death toll from the pandemic in the country to the level of 148,228 cases.
On October 4, this number reached 365 deaths, on October 5, 323 cases, and on October 6, 819.
Brazil recorded the second largest death toll from the virus in the world after the United States, and the third highest number of infections after the United States and India.
