Army repels wide-scale attack of coalition’s mercenaries in Marib

MARIB, Oct. 3 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s mercenaries launched on Saturday a wide-scale attack toward areas which the Yemeni army liberated over the past days in Madghal district of Marib province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources affirmed that the army and popular committees were able to repel the attack of coalition’s mercenaries and al-Qaeda militants in Tabian mountain and al-Safraa areas.

The coalition’s troops inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment due to another attack in Bilad al-Jumaih area, the sources declared.

The army was able to carry out a military detour targeted coalition’s forces in al-Gharaiq area, causing heavy losses to them.
