Security arrests accused of drowning citizen to death in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Sept. 28 (YPA) – The security devices of Hajjah province arrested on Monday an accused of drowning a citizen to death in Qufl Shamer district.

The accused Ammar Baqir was arrested for a resurrection of drowning the victim, Yahya Sultan in a water barrier until he passed away.
