Meteorology Center warns citizens of drought due to hot weather

SANAA, Sep. 27 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology on Sunday warned citizens of drought and temperature differences between the hours of the day and night during the coming hours.

The center stated in its weather bulletin that the warning includes in particular children and elderly from residents of the desert and mountainous provinces and the interior plateaus.

The Center also warned citizens in areas where rain is expected from walking in the streams of torrents and valleys, and to take the necessary precautions to preserve their safety, calling on fishermen and sea-goers to be careful from the high waves and sea turbulence around the Socotra archipelago.
