Army seizes international Safir road in Marib

MARIB, Sept. 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees troops continued on Wednesday their rapid advance toward east-north of Marib province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources affirmed that army was able to advance to Rwaik area and north of petroleum Safir district during fierce battles with coalition’s forces.

The sources declared that army’s troops advanced from al-Sabaigh area toward east and they were able to seize and clear international Safir road.
