SAADA, May 16 (YPA)- The Yemeni air defenses on Wednesday announced downing a reconnaissance aircraft belonging to the Saudi-led coalition in the northern province of Saada, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
The spy plane was shot down while was flying over Manabah border district in Saada, the official added.
Earlier on Monday, the air forces shot down spy aircraft over Wadi Jarah in Najran province.
The air defenses managed in mid-April to bring down a US-made unmanned reconnaissance aircraft of MQ-9 type belonging to the coalition forces in Hodeida province, western Yemen.
