America confirms UAE is military partner in missions in region

SANAA, Sept. 10 (YPA) – The United States of America confirmed that the UAE is a military partner in the region, in the context of justifying the ongoing negotiations to sell F-35 fighters to the UAE, which Israel opposes, despite the normalization agreement.

The senior advisor to the US president and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, confirmed that the United States is discussing with its partners the issue of selling “F-35” fighters to the UAE, dispelling the Israeli entity’s fears that “its security comes to the fore.”

Kushner told the “Jewish Insider” newspaper, on Wednesday: “President (US Donald) Trump has shown that he understands Israel’s security, perhaps better than any other US president in decades and he was a great friend of Israel and made the region safer.

Kushner, who follows the Jewish religion and is considered the main author of the so-called American peace plan in the Middle East, known as the “Deal of the Century”, added: “We undoubtedly intend to continue working on implementing the concept of qualitative military victory (for Israel) and we will do everything we can to ensure adaptation to these circumstances. “.

He added: “But the United Arab Emirates is a great military partner for America, and we are working together on many things directly on the border with Iran and we are facing realistic threat.”

“This is something we are discussing very seriously, and we will see what happens during our consultations with the Israelis, Congress and other partners,” Kushner said, referring to the talks about the “F-35” deal.

On August 13, the UAE, Israel and the United States announced, in a joint statement, that an Emirati-Israeli agreement had been reached on the normalization of relations between the two parties. The agreement is scheduled to be signed at the White House on September 15th.
It is noteworthy that the UAE participates in the coalition of war on Yemen, led by Saudi Arabia, with direct American and British support, and to implement an agenda that serves to strengthen the influence and hegemony of America and Israel in the region and international navigation, according to the data of the events.
