Rouhani: Iranians’ steadfastness has foiled American schemes

TEHRAN, Sept. 3 (YPA) – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Thursday that his country is going through extraordinary circumstances, especially this year due to the US embargo imposed on Iran.

Rouhani stressed that “the Iranian people, with their steadfastness which is increasing day after day, stand in the face of American plots.”

Iranian President’s statements came during the opening ceremony of five new projects for the Ministry of Energy on Thursday morning, according to “IRNA” agency.

Rouhani affirmed that the continued opening of large projects shows the extent to which the country continues its progress and development process thanks to the sacrifices of citizens, each in his position despite the “unjust prohibition.”
