SANAA, Aug 26 (YPA) – The Nineveh Governorate Police in northern Iraq announced on Wednesday that an explosive device has exploded on a United Nations vehicle in Bartella district, located within the governorate.
In a press release, The Nineveh Governorate Police said, “An explosive device left over from ISIS terrorist gangs exploded on a United Nations wheel, which was placed beside the highway (Mosul – Erbil) near the village of Shaquli in Bartella district.”

The Police added that the explosive device was marked with a red flag, after it was discovered by demining organizations at the beginning of the operations to liberate the province from ISIS gangs.
